Grants Pass Police Department

Police contacted a group near Bi-Mart and cited a 37-year-old man on a meth possession charge after police said security from the nearby Parker's Place Village for homeless people caught him with several glass pipes early Thursday morning. Three people were trespassed from Bi-Mart.
